01How do I book a car?+
Choose a car and your dates, then send a booking request. We confirm the car, your final price and the pickup arrangements with you before the booking is accepted.
02What documents do I need?+
A valid driving licence for the vehicle, and photo ID with address proof, which are verified at handover. Please do not send identity documents through the enquiry form.
03Can you deliver the car to the airport or my hotel?+
Pickup and drop can be arranged depending on the location. Any airport, outstation or delivery charge is shown separately and confirmed before you book.
04Is the price shown the final price?+
The price shown is the daily rate. Your final price depends on your dates, rental length, season, availability and pickup or drop location, and is confirmed with you before booking.
05What about the deposit, cancellations and late returns?+
A refundable security deposit applies, depending on the car. Cancellation terms are confirmed at the time of booking, and late returns may attract additional charges. See the rental terms for the details.
